Tuna Pasta Bake
Whole wheat pasta
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper
A little oil or butter
Boil a pan of water and add pasta-cook until just done (12 minutes)
Meanwhile, chop the onion, leek and pepper.
Fry the onion and add the leek and pepper.
Drain the tin of tuna and add to the fried mixture.
Add a teaspoon of oregano.
Add the chopped tomatoes, a tablespoon of tomato puree and season to taste. Stir well.
Drain the pasta and add to a large ovenproof dish.
Pour in the tuna mixture and stir well.
10. Grate some cheese and sprinkle (or cover!) over the tuna pasta.
11. Bake in the oven until the cheese starts to brown.
