At Griffin Park, we believe that all children should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our aim is to provide a music curriculum which will encourage children to enjoy singing, playing and performing, exploring and composing, transcribing and describing. We provide children with the opportunity to perform in front of audiences both within and outside of school. By the end of Key Stage 2, our children will have had the opportunity to learn multiple instruments during whole class teaching and with individual tutoring paid for by school.

We believe that all children should be given the opportunity to create, perform and experience a diverse range of music and to be able to explore and learn to play a range of tuned and untuned instruments.
