You may be feeling a little sad or anxious.  

Please remember it is normal to feel worried at the moment. 

At Griffin Park there is always somebody to speak to you, if you need to talk. 

If you want to talk to Mrs Otter please message her on Kidblog. 

We have set up a Well-Being post which is pinned to the top of each page. 

Your comments will remain private and she will get in touch with you.
