In Autumn term 2021, our Year 2 class completed the Phonics Screening Test they would normally take in Year 1.
93% of children passed this. Only 2 of the class did not pass, 1 of these was new to country with no English.
As you will be aware SATs did not take place in 2021. However, in school we tested the children as we would normally do, using old SATs papers, PIRA and PUMA tests and teacher judgments to get to a result, shown below.

Y6* 2 children were international new arrivals in Year 6 and therefore would normally be removed from the figures
As you will be aware, SATs tests did not take place in 2020. These are our teacher predictions, about how our children would have done, if they had been able to be in school.

* Please note that we had 2 children join our school the week before the screening test and they did not pass. Without these two children our score would have been 82% and in line with National Average.
