Each week your child should;

• practise their spellings

• work on their times tables

• read daily for at least 5 minutes 

• complete 2 pages in their learning logs - to be handed in on a Thursday

Reading

Please listen to your child read, just 5 minutes a day makes a big difference. Please sign your child's diary and return to school. 

Homework

Homework learning books will be sent home every Friday and will need to be completed and handed in by the following Thursday.  Children will have a range of activities to choose from and they can present this however they like. 

Spellings

These will be handed out on a Thursday and will be tested the following Thursday. Children should learn their spellings throughout the week. Spelling books should be brought into school on a Thursday in preparation for their new list.
